2016 Rotary Grove Fest was a Success
For the second year in a row, a team of Sevan Multi-Site Solutions employees joined President Jim Evans in supporting Rotary in the Downers Grove Festival on Saturday, June 25th. The Fest had so much to offer the public, including the Craft BeerFest in which the Sevan team gladly volunteered to help with.
The Craft BeerFest was only available on Saturday. This booth offered over 100 unique beers from over 35 craft breweries from all over the United States. Sevan employees donned bright red t-shirts while serving each unique beer to beer lovers that visited the beer garden. The connoisseurs were able to sample some of the suburbs’ best – served by the Sevan’s volunteers.
After the specialty tent closed, team members continued to work the festival. At various locations throughout the park, individual tents had been erected and featured different types of beer. As attendees walked around enjoying the festivities, they were able to get free samples by presenting the Sevan volunteers with a ticket.
One such tent was located next to the Entertainment section of the Rotary Grove Fest. Beers were served as featured entertainers took the stage. Sevan volunteers, along with the crowds were able to enjoy talent from local dance studios, teen bands and local and regional musical talent of various genres. Everyone present had fun.
Sevan would like to recognize the following volunteers for their participation and, as always, encourage all of our other employees to get involved when and where they can. Kellie and Patrick Bailey, Mark and Stephanie Lehnus, Stephanie Mlekowski, Ed and Joan Hurst, Kent Stoneburner, and, of course, Jim Evans.
