An Update From Sevan on COVID-19

An Update From Sevan’s CEO Jim Evans

Dear Valued Partner,

It has been a month since I last communicated with you about how our business is adjusting to the impact of COVID-19. While the global pandemic has affected many families and changed the world so quickly, it is very heartening to see Americans on the front lines helping our country get through this unprecedented time. Many people are now recovering, and businesses are adapting to a new normal. I am optimistic that we will all get past this together in the near future.

Today, I want to let you know that the safety and well-being of our teams, clients, business partners and communities remains our top priority. We continue to focus on providing new, practical solutions that will help you and your customers through this challenging time.

For our clients and business partners:

Our team has been working very hard to develop new, innovative solutions for you. We know you are concerned about the health and well-being of your associates and guests. We understand your desire to remain operational to deliver the services your customers have come to expect.

We have many solutions including thermographic cameras, COVID-19 testing centers, plexiglass barriers, touch-free technology, mobile pharmacies, glove dispensers and more that will fully prepare you, your team and your customers to be in the healthiest environments. We are also helping the government in every way possible with the Hotel to Healthcare Concept (H2HC) to provide much-needed expanded care facilities in key areas of the country.

We continue to leverage our technology tools during this time of remote working, including virtual tours and walk-throughs, on-site cameras for monitoring work progress, and virtual meetings for project collaboration and coordination. Furthermore, we developed new tools that aggregate and visualize client project and operational data with COVID-19 projections. The tool evaluates state and local restrictions that specifically impact your programs, then integrates resource availability data to optimize program re-launch strategies for national and regional re-openings.

Our team:

Sevan’s team members are standing by to assist you – safely and in good health. We have taken extra measures to keep track of anyone who may be ill, and make sure they have everything they need for a full recovery. We have also made sure all traveling team members have fully stocked safety toolkits in their possession at all times. They will ensure we keep you, your teams and work areas safe—always.

Our company:

Sevan remains well-positioned to maintain operations. We are available to assist with facility assessments and provisioning assets. Our 450 team members are located from coast to coast with capability to reach most locations very quickly including by automobile as necessary.

On behalf of Sevan, thank you for being a valued partner. You are an extension of our Sevan team and family. We look forward to supporting you however possible during this unique time, and to seeing you again soon.

Please stay healthy, safe and well.
