High Five! Sevan Named Great Place to Work® 5 Years in a Row
Downers Grove, IL – For the fifth year in a row, Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, LLC (Sevan) has been recognized as a Great Place to Work®! This honor is especially gratifying as we improved upon last year’s ratings in a number of the areas in which team members were surveyed.
“We’re thrilled that as we grew revenues 75% last year, we were able to maintain our focus on people—the first of our four strategic pillars,” says Jim Evans, President & CEO of Sevan. “Our philosophy from day one has always been to put team members first and foremost. We know that if we take care of our people, they’ll take care of our wonderful customers. That philosophy continues to pay dividends for our business, for our team members, and for our clients.”
“We applaud Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, LLC for seeking certification and releasing its employees’ feedback,” says Kim Peters, Executive Vice President of Great Place to Work’s Recognition Program. “These ratings measure its capacity to earn its own employees’ trust and create a great workplace – critical metrics that anyone considering working for or doing business with Sevan should take into account as an indicator of high performance.”
More than 90% of Sevan’s team members participated in the Great Place to Work survey. Now numbering more than 375 professionals working in over 35 states, Sevan was also recognized recently as one of the top 25 Best Place to Work in Illinois for the second year in a row.
Part of this reason for this broad-based recognition is that Sevan has not been satisfied to rest on past accomplishments. We continuously look for ways to enhance our already strong package of benefits, including health insurance, unlimited vacation, flexible work schedules, educational assistance and expense reimbursement, job-protected parental leave and more. For example, we recently launched The Sevan Charitable Foundation to offer matching contributions to further support our team members’ charitable efforts. That’s on top of our first two 2018 pledged contributions of $25,000 each to Ronald McDonald House Charities and The Fisher House Foundation.
In addition, when we moved our Downers Grove HQ to new office space in early 2018, we took advantage of the opportunity to introduce new improvements, including a popular ping pong table, daily fresh fruit, bottled water, soft drinks, craft beers, and a coffee service that features a top-of-the-line espresso machine. Further, Jim Evans proudly cites one of the biggest items so far for 2018: “We were especially delighted to celebrate our 7th anniversary with an annual company meeting held aboard the Royal Caribbean “Majesty of the Seas” cruise liner to the Bahamas. It was a great way for our growing company to get to know each other better, have lots of fun, and get in quality planning time and focused business meetings without distractions.”
