New Build Locations

Sevan works closely with Development Project Managers to execute new build locations with the following activities:

  • Site investigation report
  • Conceptual site plans
  • Construction and equipment cost estimates
  • Architectural and civil plans
  • Planning, zoning and permitting
  • Contractor bidding and selection
  • Construction management
  • Closeout

Rebranding and Remodel of Newly Acquired Stores

Sevan works with the Store Remodel Construction Team to turn freshly acquired sites into 7-Eleven branded stores. This process involves 3-day open-store remodels featuring highly orchestrated logistics planning and equipment consolidation. Preloaded pallets from 7-Eleven’s partner Turnkey arrive with all necessary supplies, resources, equipment, etc. Sevan choreographs the deployment to rapidly transform acquired properties with minimal disruption to traffic and sales. Corporate image and product offer programs include:

  • Survey of existing conditions
  • Written scope of work
  • Construction and equipment cost estimate
  • Architectural plans
  • Planning, zoning and permitting
  • Construction management
  • Closeout

Remodel of Existing Stores

Sevan works with the Store Remodel Construction team to remodel existing stores. These remodels also employ the rapid, 3-day open-store process that requires tight coordination of logistics, equipment and contractors, all choreographed by Sevan:

  • New food and beverage equipment
  • Interior and exterior refresh
  • ADA compliance
