Sevan Solutions responsibilities include budget management, defining work scopes, surveys and as-built drawings, contractor and materials procurement, contract documents, scheduling, communications, management of construction activities, punch lists and quality assurance, completion reports, invoice approvals and financial verification.


Program Management Services

Sevan serves as the Owner’s Representative providing Program Management services within the Integrated Project Delivery model. All sites or groups of acquisitions are scoped and managed to a specific budget number.

The four programs to date have been accomplished as two-phase projects. Sevan provides management of as-built surveys, written scopes of work, budgets, design, schedules and individual projects for the acquisition and rebranding team. The typical scope of work consists of interior and exterior remodels, millwork, flooring, and lighting, point of sale systems, safes, IT upgrades, paint and signage.

Cash America Program Regions

Licensing and Permitting

Sevan manages emergency needs for attaining Certificates of Occupancy when licensing or other issues arise. Sevan managed the process for securing existing documentation or new Certificates of Occupancy for 15 sites in El Paso, TX.

Facility Maintenance

Sevan manages facility maintenance repairs on an ongoing basis to support Cash America’s internal construction/facilities staff with difficult projects. To date, projects have included electrical service consolidation and foundation repair.

New Build Projects

Sevan managed the new store/tenant improvement build-out for one location in El Paso, TX. Services included general contractor work, FFE, Security, and Signage.
