Corvias

CHALLENGE

Corvias needs to repair 18 buildings at their Fort Bragg site. Each building is three stories and has 24 units. During repair work on the first building, the initial contractor abandoned the job due to the complexity of site conditions that needed to be managed and addressed.

SOLUTION

Sevan was awarded the remainder of the program and mobilized a skilled subcontractor team to complete the work. Sevan’s program management and superintendent teams were required to coordinate daily with Corvias team members to define the scope of work and determine what materials needed to be sourced to complete the work.

RESULTS

Sevan completed repairs to the first building on schedule in 2.5 months. Currently, Sevan is managing the repair work on two other buildings and is contracted to work on three more this year.
