A global retailer with numerous brands contracted Sevan Multi-Site Solutions for the role of Construction Program Manager to manage the tenant fit-out of newly leased storefronts throughout Southern California. Sevan is providing complete program management and construction management services including acceptance of the spaces from landlords, construction management, turnover of the project to operations, and project close-out management.
Construction Program Management
Sevan’s primary role has been driving compliance of this client’s design standards, schedule management and budget management. This was made possible by working closely with our client’s construction and design team, store operations, general contractors and third party vendors.
Conversion and Remodeling
The typical construction schedule varies from 8 to 12 weeks, based upon the brand. The scope of work encompasses store conversion and remodeling including MEP and fire sprinkler work; interior partitions; new floor, wall, and ceiling finishes; new store front systems; restroom renovations; and highly detailed finishes, fixtures, signage, and branding components, all to very demanding client design and quality standards.
