Challenge
ImmunoTek operates 13 plasma donation centres across the United States and is aiming to build more locations in the next few years. They needed a partner who could survey and collect information from each potential new site. They then needed that partner to compile the data into actionable information to help decision makers prioritise projects without having to visit every single site.
Solution
Sevan performed each site survey using Sevan CAPTURE to document the conditions of all the site assets to create a conditions assessment report. That data was also used to create a virtual tour of the space so ImmunoTek stakeholders could view each site’s assets to help them decide how they want to move forward. Once they approved a site, Sevan provided as-built drawings to help ImmunoTek’s designers, architects and engineers finalise the design specs to begin construction on the site.
Results
Since 2020, Sevan has conducted 30 surveys for ImmunoTek. The process has been fine-tuned to provide all survey and documentation deliverables in 4-5 weeks. Sevan is working on additional general contracting projects for three key ImmunoTek locations with the opportunity for more as they expand across the nation.
