Developed a design package for Popeyes’ refresh programme.
CHALLENGE
Popeyes is undergoing a rebrand and is looking to refresh its restaurants across the U.S. They needed a partner who could help them create a new restaurant design prototype at their flagship site in Metairie, LA, and manage the remodel programme lifecycle.
SOLUTION
Sevan’s design team worked directly with Popeyes’ internal design team to incorporate a new Popeyes’ trade dress as part of their refresh programme. Once the branding and design standards were locked down, Sevan’s survey and civil zoning teams acquired all the necessary permits to remodel the site, and Sevan programme managers oversaw the construction of the site.
RESULTS
Sevan was able to reduce Popeyes’ total design and entitlement timeline by 50%. The new flagship site is also being used as the blueprint for all Popeyes restaurant refreshes in the nation.
