CHALLENGE
Starbucks operates thousands of stores across the U.S. and Canada. New builds, site acquisitions, and remodels have unique challenges that require different approaches to complete the programme.
SOLUTION
Sevan partners with and manages Starbucks’ multi-site construction programme. Sevan provides programme management, survey and design to assesses the condition of the site to determine the programme scope, and construction services, the build team executes the programme.
RESULTS
Starbucks has partnered with Sevan for over six years and continues to do so. Sevan has completed 1,200 new builds and remodels and over 1,200 site surveys utilizing 360° Tours, As-builts, Revit, Point Cloud, SSR and final photos. The Sevan team has created a process with Starbucks to complete new builds in 8 weeks, remodels in 16-21 days, and refreshes in just 3-5 days.
