Walgreens transitioned to an outsourced programme management model and brought in Sevan as an expert to help manage their repair and maintenance programme to refresh 8,000 sites across all 50 states and Puerto Rico.
SOLUTIONIn collaboration with Walgreens, Sevan mobilized its in – house survey team to conduct assessments using the Sevan CAPTURE™ mobile app. The data from 8,000 asset conditions reports was collected, organized and analyzed to produce facilities budgets across the nation for use by Walgreens’ team.
During this programme, Sevan delivered $6.7 million in savings over 2 years of interior initiatives while completing 100% of programmes ahead of schedule. The success of this initiative has led to an ongoing partnership and continuing collaboration.
