Jeff brings an extensive background in lend-lease and multi-site operations to Sevan. With over 20 years experience in the field, at all levels of project management, Jeff combines extensive knowledge with a demonstrated ability to lead complex projects.
Jeff prides himself in bringing work in on time and on budget. His diverse background allows him to understand all parts of a project and how the fit together. He is experienced in design and constructability reviews, preconstruction, scheduling, bid package development, phasing and logistics planning, supervision and coordination of field activities, review and coordination of shop drawings, review of payment requisitions, change orders and punch list development. He knows that cost-modeling and benchmark analysis are key to a successful project, and counts them among his skills.
Jeff is a Qualifying Agent for General Contract Licenses in Georgia, Louisiana, and Arizona.
Jeff has experience managing projects of all sizes, from smaller one to $100,000,000+ operations. He brings a passion for communication, a commitment to his clients, and a wealth of experience to every project he’s on.
