CHALLENGE
VillageMD is partnering with Walgreens to build clinics in existing stores across the country. VillageMD and Walgreens needed precon surveys to document building systems and existing condition assessments. They also needed postcon surveys to document the updates made within one week of each clinic’s grand opening. They needed a partner who could conduct each survey and provide deliverables without disrupting operations.
SOLUTION
Sevan partnered with Walgreens and VillageMD to create evaluation criteria to properly document survey information that was collected for each site. This documentation was used to help key decision-makers prioritize projects. Sevan also created virtual tours of each new space to provide stakeholders with a visualization without having to physically be at each site.
RESULTS
Sevan conducted 530 site surveys over a two-year period and provided all deliverables two days after the completion of each site survey.
